Bramcote Hills Care Home

Bramcote Hills Care Home on the corner of Sandringham Drive and Bankfield Drive has now closed after being rated “Inadequate” by the Care Quality Commission. The current planning permission only allows this building to be used as a care home. Any change of use would require new planning permission which has not been submitted. Unless it is reopened by another care home provider (it will need to be refurbished first) then we will have to wait to see what will happen to this site. Your Bramcote councillors on Broxtowe Borough Council will of course scrutinise and consult with local residents whenever that happens, but it looks likes the site will be empty for the foreseeable future.
